Many employers today are proactive in providing support and assistance to employees who experience critical incidents. These events are outside the usual role of the employee and can produce harmful physical and emotional responses for individuals and groups of employees. CISD can reduce these adverse responses.
GB Staff Development Consultants will assist your employees to resume their usual level of operation with professional CISD interventions. We are experienced in the provision of CISD services, and training for “in-house” support personnel.
